Terms and Conditions – Al Dar Exchange & Safari Hypermarket Coupon Promotion

1. For every purchase of QAR 100 at participating Safari Hypermarket branches listed in the promotion, customers will receive one coupon.
2. Coupons are redeemable only by customers who complete valid registration with Al Dar Exchange and present acceptable identification documents as per Qatar Central Bank (QCB) requirements, and they are transferable and may be used by any eligible customer.
3. Original coupons should be presented at the time of transactions for redemption at any of Aldar’s 36 branches.
4. Each coupon entitles a 50% discount on remittance service charges at any Al Dar Exchange branch.
5. Promotion is valid strictly from 01/10/2025 to 31/10/2025.
6. Each coupon must be redeemed within 14 days from the date of issuance.
7. Expired coupons will not be accepted.
8. Coupons are not valid for use at kiosks or through the Al Dar mobile application or website.
9. Only one coupon may be redeemed per each remittance transaction.
10. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated.
11. Al Dar Exchange employees are excluded from this promotion.
12. The promotion is subject at all times to MoCI rules, AML/CTF controls, data-protection regulations, and other applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
13. Aldar may decline, suspend, or report transactions under applicable AML/CTF, sanctions, or fraud policies.
14. In case of transaction cancellation or refund for any reason, this coupon cannot be used again.
15. Any fraudulent use, duplication, or alteration of coupons will result in disqualification and may lead to legal action.
16. Al Dar Exchange reserves the right to reject suspicious or invalid coupons.
17. Al Dar Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time, subject to MoCI and QCB approval where required.
18. In case of dispute, Aldar Exchange’s decision is final and binding under Qatari Laws.
19. Customers remain subject to Al Dar Exchange’s General Terms & Conditions, available at all branches and on the official website.

1. مقابل كل عملية شراء بقيمة 100 ريال قطري في فروع سفاري هايبرماركت المشاركة في العرض، يحصل العميل على قسيمة واحدة.
2. يمكن استبدال القسائم فقط من قبل العملاء الذين أتموا التسجيل لدى الدار للصرافة بشكل صحيح وقدموا مستندات هوية مقبولة وفق متطلبات مصرف قطر المركزي، وإن القسائم قابلة للتحويل ويمكن استخدامها من قبل أي عميل مؤهل.
3. يجب تقديم القسائم الأصلية عند إجراء المعاملة لاستبدالها في أي من فروع الدار البالغ عددها 36 فرعًا.
4. تمنح كل قسيمة خصمًا بنسبة 50% على رسوم خدمة الحوالات في أي فرع من فروع الدار للصرافة.
5. يسري العرض حصريًا من 01/10/2025 ولغاية 31/10/2025.
6. يمكن استبدال القسائم خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ إصدارها.
7. القسائم منتهية الصلاحية لن تُقبل.
8. لا يمكن استخدام القسائم في الأكشاك أو من خلال تطبيق الدار للهاتف المحمول أو الموقع الإلكتروني.
9. لا يمكن استبدال أكثر من قسيمة واحدة عن كل معاملة حوالة.
10. لا يجوز استبدال القسائم نقدًا أو استرجاعها أو دمجها مع خصومات أو عروض أخرى ما لم يُنص على ذلك صراحة.
11. يُستثنى موظفو الدار للصرافة من هذا العرض.
12. يخضع هذا العرض في جميع الأوقات للوائح وزارة التجارة والصناعة، وضوابط مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب (AML/CTF)، ولوائح حماية البيانات، وجميع القوانين المطبقة في دولة قطر.
13. يجوز للدار رفض أو تعليق أو الإبلاغ عن أي معاملة وفقًا لسياسات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب أو العقوبات أو الاحتيال المعمول بها.
14. وفي حال إلغاء المعاملة أو استرداد قيمتها لأي سبب، لا يمكن إعادة استخدام القسيمة ذاتها.
15. أي استخدام احتيالي أو تكرار أو تعديل للقسائم يؤدي إلى استبعادها وقد يترتب عليه اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية.
16. تحتفظ الدار للصرافة بالحق في رفض القسائم المشبوهة أو غير الصالحة.
17. تحتفظ الدار للصرافة بالحق في تعديل العرض أو تعليقه أو إلغائه في أي وقت، وذلك مع مراعاة موافقة وزارة التجارة والصناعة ومصرف قطر المركزي عند الاقتضاء.
18. في حال حدوث أي نزاع، يكون قرار الدار للصرافة نهائيًا وملزمًا وفق القوانين القطرية.
19. يخضع العملاء في جميع الأحوال للشروط والأحكام العامة للدار للصرافة والمتاحة في جميع الفروع وعلى الموقع الرسمي.
